Baked Macaroni

Baked Macaroni

Ingredients:

1 pack of Macaroni
1 can of Coconut Milk
1 can of Tuna
A pinch or so of ‘Jintan Manis’, ‘JintanPutih’
A small block of Ginger
2 cloves of Garlic
½ Red Onion
Spring Onions
4 eggs

Methods:

Boil the Macaroni until soft & cooked. Mix all the rest of the ingredients well and pour into the cooked macaroni (in a casserole dish) and mix well. Bake in the oven for approximately 20 – 30 minutes.
